I am one proud Air Force wife to say..MY HUSBAND MADE SSgt TODAY!
I could tell he was a bit nearvous when he was wide awake at 7am playing xbox to take his mind off of waiting around till 8 to find out if he made it, a little before 8 he gets a text from a good friend saying CONGRATS!
My husband has worked very hard for this, and so have I.. although most civilians make think it is just him who earns the rank. The wife as well has worked as hard to help her husband gain that new rank.
so congrats to all of the Military men and their families who found out today that they made it!

Your so right, the wife does a play a role in that too. I was so happy and proud of my hubby when he got promotted to SSG. Yay for you guys! =)
