School Has Started.. With A BANG!

Wow the extra long weekend made me LAZY!

This week is going to be a long week!

Mike is back to working and starts ALS tmrw.

I am back in to action teaching Pre-K three days a week at one school and two days a week at another school! 

Plus my weekend class' have come into effect!

Pray for us please!

I do think the best part about being a teacher is teaching the next generation!

I understand that for the time that I have the children I have, I can make the difference in their lives!

Happy Labor Day!

We were planning to head to a cook out in celebration of the day, but I now have a sick husband on my hands! EEEK!

So I think I am making homemade Chili and were going to relax on our last day before we have to be back into work!

The day has been quite lazy with a few phone calls back home.

Its my mother in laws birthday YAY her! We sent her a secret surprise in the mail that she should be getting tmrw morning I hope!

In the mean time I am going to get some homework done and be crafty!

What else is everyone doing today?!?

At Last.. Relaxing!

We got the apt. in order! YAY!

I am not sure if I did say anything about it but we signed on our lease for another 7 months. In 7 months.. Mike will be a new rank.. and we will have lived here for 3 whole years! I know I know.. 

I figured a lot of other things can get figured out and in order to .. like a few bills.. and more schooling.

For the moment we are content.. only for the moment tho..

I wanted to share this year has been the year of giving for Mike and I. We decided to donate and join anything that can help anything.

We have managed to donated tons of time to local schools. 

Join in a few 5 ks to help causes.

and a few weeks ago we started collecting our soda caps.

We tend to drink a ton of soda..while I was on vacation my sister said "why aren't you donating your caps for cancer research?" I had nothing to say other then "WE ARE GOING TO! Ha!"

So now we are... Ronald McDonald House takes every top ! 

Now on to GIVEAWAY time.

We have no plans at all other then to RELAX.. we hope!

Next week begins a busy week once again with Mike headed to ALS for 6 weeks and me going into full swing teaching at two schools, and going to school.

So we are going to try to get the apt. in order and just hang!

On a different note.

I have been making some crafty things!

Bows out of uniforms. Since I had jackets left with no buttons I was trying to think of what to do with them for A Touch Of A Hero.. and here is what I came up with! CUTE!!!
